Advisory Board

Our five member Advisory Board is elected by our franchisees every two years.  The Advisory Board meets with the Business Management Team four times per year and has conference calls as needed.  The Board members are also available to assist franchisees and are only a call away. 

 

Personalized Customer Support

Upon signing your Franchise Agreement, we’ll provide you with a Customer Support Representative to manage your day-to-day needs.  Your Customer Support Representative is your front line of communication with us. These SuperCoups veterans are available to answer your questions, make suggestions or direct you to the proper channels to meet your needs.
